- Write for an hour
- Read what we have written.
- Witness and give feedback without judgment
-give each other positive feedback
Are you working on writing your family history or your memoir? What about the newsletter for your business that you know you want to send out, but keep postponing? For years, I was part of a weekly writing group, which helped me write consistently.
Early morning is pretty special. For one, many of us are caffeinated at that time of day and rarin’ to write our stories. Two, we don’t have to live with the regret of procrastinating yet again because we are doing what we said we would do—writing consistently.
Paying for class upfront motivated me to show up (Skin in the game).
Often, art gets pushed aside when life gets busy, and it’s easy to delay your practice.
