I started this class on Zoom in 2020 when the pandemic began. We’ve been going ever since!

Joining this short, focused class three times a week helps us stay active and strengthens the core. I play a variety of music to help us stay inspired.

Plus, our low-impact aerobic movements are thoughtfully designed to help prevent osteoporosis, making your fitness journey safe and effective. Strength exercises with light weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, and ankle weights, tailored to suit everyone’s comfort and ability. Join us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7:30 to 8 am on ZOOM—looking forward to exercising together and supporting each other on this healthy journey!
